BAKED SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 lb. scallops
Corn flake crumbs
Garlic powder
Parsley
Onion powder

Melt 1/2 cup butter, toss with corn flake crumbs, garlic, parsley, and onion powder. Add scallops and toss. Bake 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes. Serves 4.
