BAKED FISH FILLETS | |
1 lb. fish fillets 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs 1 tbsp. snipped parsley Cut fillets in serving pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour, dash salt, and bubbly. Pour sauce over fillets. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Trim with parsley. Makes 3-4 servings. |
