1 c. butter
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
14 oz. NONE SUCH MINCE MEAT
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream butter, add sugar stir in eggs, add mince meat and lemon. Blend flour, salt, and soda. Add to mixture. Drop by teaspoon on buttered cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees until golden brown - 10 minutes.
