1 3/4 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 can applesauce
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. nut meats
1 c. coconut

Drop on cookie sheet and bake about 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
