NUTTY BANANA MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
2 over ripe bananas
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Chop nuts, mash bananas, and set aside. Mix all dry ingredients well in a large bowl. Add milk, egg, and butter; blend well. Pour mixture into 12 lined muffin tins. Sprinkle nuts on top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Perfect for breakfast or dessert.
