1 egg white
2/3 c. sugar
1 pkg. Jello (any flavor or color)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. boiling water

Mix together egg white, sugar, Jello, and vanilla. Mix with boiling water. Beat at high speed for 5 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
