1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1 (7 to 9 oz. size) taco flavored Doritos
1/2 lb. cheese, grated
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can taco sauce
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, diced
1 lb. ground lean meat
1 onion, chopped
1 bud garlic
Salt and pepper

Brown meat lightly, onion and garlic. Salt and pepper the meat mixture. In casserole, crumble 1/2 of the Doritos. Cover with the meat mixture. Heat all liquids and green chilies and pour over meat. Cover with grated cheese. Top with more Doritos, crushed. Bake in casserole at 325 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
