LEMON COCONUT BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cold butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Real Lemon juice from concentrate
3/4 c. flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly on bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder and Real Lemon juice. Mix well. Pour over baked crust, top evenly with coconut. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.

LEMON BARS: Omit coconut; add 3 tablespoons flour to egg mixture. Proceed as above.
