2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
3 boxes Dream Whip
1 med. size angel food cake
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can coconut
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine gelatin in 4 tbsp. cold water. Add 1 cup boiling water. Stir and set aside.

Combine pineapple juice and pineapple. Add to cooled gelatin. Put in refrigerator to partially chill.

Mix Dream Whip as directed on box.

Line round bowl with wax paper. Cut cake into bite size pieces. Rub brown off cake before cutting. Fold gelatin mixture into Dream Whip.
