NO PEEK CHICKEN | |
8 pieces chicken 1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute) 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 chicken bouillon cube 2 1/2 c. boiling water 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix Place uncooked rice in bottom of 9x13 inch pan or baking dish. Sprinkle celery on top. Mix soups, bouillon cube and water. Pour over rice and celery. Season chicken pieces and place on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle onion soup over chicken. Seal dish with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Do NOT open foil during baking. |
