INSTANT PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lg. tub Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. your choice pudding mix
3 c. milk

Mix flour, butter and chopped nuts and spread in 9"x13" pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees then cool.

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar and spread over first layer.

Mix pudding mix and milk for next layer. Add rest of Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
