INSTANT PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding, any flavor
2 c. milk

Cream together first 3 ingredients. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; spread over cooled crust and chill for 20 minutes. Whip pudding mixes and milk and spread on top of cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
