JIFFY CORN BAKE 
1 can cream style corn

1 can whole kernel corn

1 (8 oz.) box sour cream

1/3 c. sugar

1/2 c. oil

2 eggs

1 box (8 1/2 oz.) cornmeal muffin mix

Stir together all ingredients. Add muffin mix last. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes until golden brown and slightly cracked.
