KEY LIME PIE 
3 eggs, separated
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lime juice (Key lime preferred)
6 tbsp. sugar
1 baked pie crust

Beat yolks until thick and pale, stir in sweetened condensed milk. Add lime juice, pour into baked crust. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and place meringue on pie. Bake at 300 degrees until peaks brown, about 20 minutes.
