NACHO POTATO SLICES 
2 med. potatoes
2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. bottled taco, barbecue or spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded American or Cheddar cheese

Scrub potatoes. Trim ends. Cut into 3/8 inch slices. In 8x8x2 inch microwave baking dish, arrange potato slices, putting smaller slices in center. Sprinkle with onion and green pepper. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Cook on high for 7 to 10 minutes or until tender, giving dish a half turn once.

Drizzle sauce over slices. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook uncovered for 30 to 60 seconds more until cheese melts. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
