2 stick real butter
3 c sugar
6 large eggs
3 c all purpose flour
1 c whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla (or 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp lemon extract)

Mix all together. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Place cake in oven and then turn temperature to 300°F. DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN.

Bake for 1 hour-turn cake around and bake 20 minutes more.
