CHEESECAKE SUPREME 
1 (9 oz.) graham cracker crust
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each. Pour into crust and bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in edge comes out clean.

Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a small bowl. Carefully spread over top of pie. Return to oven and continue baking 10 minutes. Cool; chill. Put on topping if desired.
