LEMON PUDDING CAKE 
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. salad oil

For cake - combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly until creamy and smooth, about 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/3 c. frozen orange juice

Icing - mix ingredients on high speed of mixer about 2-3 minutes. Spread on cooled cake.
