1 egg yolk
1 lg. pkg. flaky biscuits
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Flatten biscuits on cookie sheet. Beat cream cheese with remaining ingredients. Pour batter down the center of biscuits. Fold and pinch ends together. Brush egg white over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
