WINE - BROILED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. bottled steak sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. dried marjoram
1/8 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces

Combine all sauce ingredients overnight. Brush on chicken. Place skin side down in 350 degree oven. Bake until browned; turn. Place under broiler for 2 minutes to crisp.
