BROILED COUNTRY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. country style Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 scallions, sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 chicken breast halves

Preheat broiler. In small bowl, mix mustard, mayonnaise, scallions, basil, garlic and pepper. Put chicken pieces, skin side up on broiling pan. Spread half the mustard mix over chicken. Broil about 6 inches from heat for 15 to 20 minutes each side, basting with remaining sauce.
