1 English muffin
1 to 2 tbsp. tomato sauce (or commercial pizza sauce)
Big pinch of Monterey Jack cheese or Mozzarella or Cheddar or all three combined
Your favorite topping (olives, salami, onions, sausage)
Pinch of oregano (optional)

Spread tomato sauce on a half of an English muffin. Top with cheese and your favorite topping. Sprinkle oregano on if you wish. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. (This will also cook very nicely, and quickly, in a microwave oven. Cooking time varies but about 1 to 2 minutes will do the trick).
