KASHA MEATLOAF 
1 c. sunflower seeds, ground
1 c. Ricotta or sour cream
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
Basil and savory to taste
1 c. Kasha, cooked
1 egg
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1 tsp. sea kelp

Cover Kasha with water and cook until absorbed (5 minutes). Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pat tightly into oiled 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Place pats of butter on top and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until center if hot. Slice and serve. (You may serve with Kasha sauce, if desired).
