HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cut up chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. croutons
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped or slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Spoon into 6 ungreased 1 cup baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 6 servings.
