ARTICHOKE MUSHROOMS 
2 (8 1/2 oz.) drained weight artichoke hearts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. Hormel real bacon bits (not Bacos)
Fresh chives to taste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Dash red pepper
50 mushrooms

Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms, together and stuff mushroom caps. Chill and serve cold.
