KEY LIME PIE 
4 eggs, separated
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. key lime juice
1 pie shell, baked pastry or crumb crust
Cool Whip or whipped cream

Beat egg yolks. Add sweetened condensed milk. Beat again. Add lemon juice and beat again until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Top with Cool Whip or shipped cream and refrigerate until serving time.
