ORANGE DELIGHT DESSERT 
Orange halves
Vanilla ice cream
Orange sherbet
Egg whites
Sugar

Scoop pulp out of as many orange halves as needed and fill halves with vanilla ice cream and orange sherbet. Wrap and freeze overnight. Beat egg whites until stiff (allowing about 1 1/2 egg whites for each orange half). Add 6 tablespoons sugar for each 3 egg whites to make meringue. Heap meringue on orange halves, brown in broiler and serve.
