SAUCY MEATLOAVES 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. tomato sauce, divided
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water

Combine first 6 ingredients and 1/2 cup tomato sauce in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and shape into 6 individual meatloaves. Place in a greased 9 inch square baking pan. Combine 1/2 cup tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and water. Mix well and pour over meat loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally. Good served over rice.
