1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. cabbage, chopped (browned)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice (raw)

Brown all together. Add soups, rice and mushrooms. Put in casserole, sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top. Bake in 350 degree oven until rice is done.
