ORANGE JELLO DESSERT 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding, not instant
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
4 1/2 c. water
Tub of Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges

Cook first 3 ingredients until clear, just before boiling. Put in bowl and chill overnight uncovered. Then stir in Cool Whip and mandarin oranges.
