2 jars (4 1/2 oz. each) strained peaches, baby food 1/3 c. catsup 1/3 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. ginger 2 cloves minced 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 4 lb. spare ribs Blend all ingredients except salt, pepper and spare ribs. Rub spare ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Thread spare ribs securely on rotissing spit ribbon style and rotiss approximately 1 1/2-2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 185-190 degrees. Baste with sauce at 15 minute intervals. Yield 4 servings. |
