SICILIAN STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
2 c. crushed tomato
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. olive oil

Cut steak in to serving pieces and pound thin. Mix flour, salt, pepper and dredge meat in mixture. Brown the meat with oil in large skillet.

Pour off liquid, add tomatoes, oregano, mustard and garlic. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
