MEAT LOAF PLUS 
1 lb. ground lean beef
1 c. herbed seasoned stuffing
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. dry red wine
10 pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped
3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 garlic cloves, minced

4 servings. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake until meat shrinks from sides of pan and top is brown, about 1 hour. Turn out onto platter and serve. Great with a green salad and mashed potatoes.
