CHICKEN IN WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
3 to 4 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1 pkg. Shake 'n' Bake
Salt
Lemon pepper
Poultry seasoning
Garlic powder
1 can Progresso White Clam Sauce
1 can chopped clams, drained

Season chicken with salt, lemon pepper, poultry seasoning and garlic powder. Prepare Shake 'n' Bake according to directions and coat chicken. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees in shallow pan but not a cookie sheet. Pour clam sauce and clams over chicken. Continue baking an additional 20-25 minutes. Serve over buttered Parmesan cheese sprinkled noodles or green Fettucini.
