CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
1 pkg. (1 1/2 oz.) stroganoff sauce mix
2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. paprika
9 inch unbaked pie shell
3 slices (3/4 oz. each) process American cheese

Brown ground chuck and onion in medium skillet. Drain off fat. Stir in bread crumbs. Combine evaporated milk, egg, stroganoff mix, catsup and paprika. Add to meat mixture; mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture into pie shell. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees F.) 20 to 25 minutes. Cut cheese slices into triangles; place on meat filling. Bake 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Frozen 9 inch deep dish pie shell may be substituted.
