YUM YUM CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. plain flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar and oil. Stir in pineapple. Add flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 can flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Boil butter, sugar and Pet milk for 5 minutes (or less). Remove from heat. Add pecans and coconut. Pour over cake.
