5 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1/2 can chili powder
2 pkgs. chili seasoning
3 c. chopped onions

Place all ingredients into pan and simmer over medium heat for 6 to 12 hours, dipping off all excess grease. Serves 75.
