1 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato soup
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. chili powder or to taste

Crumble hamburger in pan and brown. Pour off grease, add other ingredients. Cook until thick. Add more catsup. If needed to help, thicken.
