AFTER SCHOOL TREATS | |
1/2 c. chopped nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds or cashews) 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/4 c. oatmeal 1 tbsp. salad oil 1 tbsp. whole wheat flour 2 tbsp. bran cereal 1/2 c. mild flavored honey 1/4 c. raisins, chopped dates or prunes 1 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into 1 inch balls. Cover and chill. Makes 24 balls. |
