MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 egg
Approximately 1 cup milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 sm. can corn
1 lb. ground meat, cooked and seasoned to taste
2 c. cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. hot Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 c. taco or picante sauce (hot)

Mix together flour, cornmeal, egg, milk, sugar, A-1 sauce, mustard, 1 cup cheese, taco seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and 1/2 cup taco or picante sauce. Pour half of the mixture into a skillet, then put ground meat, remaining cheese, taco sauce, and corn. Add other half of mixture on top. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until done.
