BOTI KABAB 
2 lbs. lamb or beef, cubed

MARINADE:

1 c. yogurt
1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder
1/4 c. cumin powder
1/4 tsp. chili powder (add more if you like it HOT)
1 tsp. fresh ginger and garlic paste
1/4 c. lemon juice

Blend all of the above and marinade the meat for a few hours. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
