MEXICAN STYLE "CURRY" 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
3 sm. cans tomato paste
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
6 cans water
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
3 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt

Fry ground beef onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 40 minutes. Serve over rice buffet style with following condiments. Chopped Ortega chilies Crushed Fritos Chopped tomatoes Sour cream Chopped olives Diced avocados Shredded lettuce
