5 POUND FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk
2 sticks butter
1 lb. dipping chocolate, cut up
2 sqs. butter chocolate
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pt. marshmallow fluff
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, Carnation milk, and butter in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add ALL chocolate. Last add marshmallow fluff, nuts and vanilla. Pour into waxed paper lined jelly roll pan. When set, remove from pan and cut into small pieces.
