FIVE POUNDS FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
18 oz. chocolate chips (3 c. regular size chips)
1 c. butter
17 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts, chopped

Combine sugar and milk in a Dutch oven and bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to a simmer and add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pour in a large buttered pan.
