FIVE POUND FUDGE | |
2 disposable aluminum pizza pans 4 1/2 c. sugar 1 regular can evaporated milk 1/2 lb. butter 1 c. nuts 2 (12 oz.) pkg. real chocolate chips (I prefer Hershey's) 2 tsp. vanilla On stove, heat sugar, milk, and butter in large pan. Stir well until comes to a boil. Keep stirring 8 minutes after boiling. Take from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into pizza pans. I use these pizza pans because you don't have to grease them for the fudge to come out easily. This batch fills up 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pans. |
