APPLESAUCE PORK ROAST 
1 pork roast
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. sweetened applesauce
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine the flour, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Rub on the roast and bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes per pound of meat. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread over roast during the last 30 minutes of roasting time.
