1 gal. pork & beans 1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup 1/4 c.mustard 1/3 to 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 lb. Polish sausage 1/2 to 3/4 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. molasses Cut up sausage and onion. Combine beans, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, molasses, sausage, and onion in a Dutch oven or large casserole dish. Bake for at least 2 hours at 350 degrees. These amounts can be adjusted to individual taste, they are only approximate. This serve 25 to 35 people. |
