FLAT BEANS AND SAUSAGE FOR 20
PEOPLE
 
14 (16 oz.) cans butter beans with juice
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
6 (10 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
7 lbs. Polish sausage

Cut sausage into 3 inch pieces. Mix the ingredients in large pan. Bake in oven for one hour at 350 degrees.
