1 doz. hard cooked eggs, halved
1 c. finely chopped, cooked shrimp
1 tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Scoop out egg yolks; blend with all ingredients except whites. Fill egg whites.
