NEW POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. potatoes
2-4 tbsp. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped fresh chives
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook potatoes. Combine potatoes and milk; mash. Combine rest of ingredients. Spoon in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
